The overall size, and specifically the depth, of the console give it a sense of permanence, reminiscent of the centuries-old redwoods of North California. The beautiful wood grain is accentuated by a beveled edge detail that runs the entire perimeter of the piece, adding a subtly slimming detail to the design.
